It is common snacks in most Eastern region Nigeria,but it has found its way into other part of Nigeria kike the Western states. Thy are prepared and sold in the market places . Children and adults alike love it , especially during the dry season . It is very satisfying when it is served along with icy milky drink at midday .

- A sharp knife for slicing the cassava sfter boiling
- A net food-cover for covering the soaked cassava
- A tray where the cassava will be sliced

- One medium size coconut and
- One medium size cassava tuber.
