mango jam

In mango seasons, I love to make this Mango Jam
and keep it in the fridge and eat it throughout the year. Ingredients: ·
 10 sweet mangoes ·
1kg sugar ·
 1l liter of water ·
 2 packets of vanilla sugar ·
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
Cut the skin of mango, cut into small pieces and crush them in a food processor.
